VAN PRAET & VAN PRAET is an independent law firm located in Antwerp, nearby the Southern quarter and the new courthouse. It seeks to offer its professional services to the business community in particular.

Both partners have been active as lawyers since 1993 and have extensive practical experience in business law. Until 2004, Jan Van Praet worked for an Antwerp-based maritime law firm. He went on to work for a big American business law firm in Brussels. Koen Van Praet, for his part, set up his own law firm in Antwerp. He acts frequently on behalf of SMEs and has acquired special experience as a court-appointed mandatary.

In September 2008, the brothers have established an association under their name, joining their efforts.
